Above: Victorian frame and oil on canvas painting by Clara Avery. 22 1/4" tall x 28 1/2" wide framed, 15 1/4" tall x 21 1/2"
wide just the painting. Undated, but I would place it ca. 1890s. Signed "Loch Achray by Clara Avery". Loch Achray is in Stirling, Scotland, and has been painted by numerous artists, including the
great J.M.W. Turner. The painting is in great shape; chip damage to the decorative edge of the original frame in several places.

Above: Elsie Freund Oil #1 depicting an Ozark village. 17 1/4" tall x 24 3/4" wide framed, 16" tall x 23 3/4" wide oil on
board. Unsigned but on back it reads "14 Protem ca. 1936." The number "14" is circled. Protem is a small town in Arkansas near Bull Shoals Lake. This is to me the finest example of Elsie's
painting I've ever seen. So serene I'd like to live there! I'm not sure where this painting was hanging when the Freunds lived on Steele Street in Eureka Springs, but she had it hanging in the guest
bathroom after they moved to Little Rock. Excellent condition. $2,500
